The post graduate business students and lecturers at the Centre for Management in Mumbai invited Renee to lecture on “Exploring your innate potential for Career development.” Renee enjoyed presenting to this group and received the following feedback from Ram Maheshwary.

"It was so refreshing to hear Renee on Career Development - talking to our young MBA students. One went in with the tired feeling - "One more Boring and long one..!" When she started, the atmosphere began getting charged! She was not lecturing - she was talking to each one in the audience...1 on 1! The climax came when she presented THE CIRCLE. Everyone,including the MBA students, went through their lives! And came up with various shapes which formed their persona, so far. And refreshingly,she finished in a cool 45 min.

She came, impacted and left all of us thinking about our lives. Students had an enthusiastic feedback. One common thing they mentioned: we all are low on health."

Having spent the past 10 years facilitating workshops for parents and teachers, there is one truth I am sure of. Successful habits do create positive results. Our children are not born with toothbrushes and toothpaste in their hands! We however, value this successful habit as we know it will create positive results. We persevere, some us having to persevere and encourage more than others, to get our darlings, to brush their teeth twice a day for two minutes a day! Sometimes it can take up to 5 years or even longer, to make sure that this habit is carried out daily, as part of a routine. We would not consider giving up. We encourage. We assist. We make it fun. We know that it is important for our child to master this successful habit. We understand that good breath and white healthy teeth will lead to positive result. The benefits of spending time on this activity, far out ways the drawbacks of time spent and continually encouraging.
